Why hire an advocate?

A Great Advocate Is The Conductor Of Your Special Need Child’s Symphony.

They orchestrate the perfect harmony between your doctors, specialists, therapists and the school. They are your partner throughout the whole journey, and act as the only constant amid your tumultuous uphill battle getting your child the services they need.

About Ilene B. Miller

I hold a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Psychology and Education, respectively. I also have firsthand experience administering ABA Therapy.

I have 26 years of experience in the education industry. After teaching pre-k and elementary school for several years, I started my business as a way to guide and empower parents of special needs children.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing your child thrive!

I work with parents of children nationwide and internationally in:

  • pre-k

  • elementary school

  • middle school

Are you tired of complacent and irresponsible educators who push kids through without addressing their issues head on?

Me Too.

I'm also tired of advocates and lawyers who promise the world and just take your money.

I know that if you have worked with an advocate or lawyer, your experience was probably a poor one.

Parents always tell me the same thing:

“I gave them a retainer and they didn’t even show up for an IEP meeting!”

“She’s holding my child’s file hostage until I pay the remainder of my balance”

“My previous advocate billed me endlessly for months, couldn’t provide proof of work done and still didn’t help my child”

“We have wasted so much time hopping from one lawyer to another; I feel hopeless”

Having a child with difficulties is overwhelming. It’s confusing. You don’t know where to turn. I get it.

And that’s why I do things differently.
